The Closing

Roy & Crystal will accompany you to the closing, They will review the HUD-I (Settlement Statement – this document is an accounting of closing costs & prepaid items. All monies flowing in and out of settlement appear on this form) for accuracy and be there to address any issues that may arise with your loan and or answer questions or concerns.
